Sad Hair (2024)

Featured in the solo exhibition “Reflecting On My Roots” (Camden FireWorks, 2025), "Sad Hair" reflects the complex navigation of identity, assimilation, and self-acceptance. Originally created in acrylic and oil, this piece explores the heavy cost of trying to fit in and the ultimate triumph of embracing one's true self.
