Don’t Judge Me (2024)

One of the hardest parts of being a Black woman is dealing with constant judgment. It is not just about the emotional weight, though that alone is heavy. The real issue is how other people's judgment feeds directly into systemic power imbalances, playing out right in personal and professional spaces, turning into an obstacle in everyday life. Afterward, one is left to walk away and pick up the pieces… financially, emotionally, and beyond. It is a heavy reality, and the judgment ensues the moment we exist in any given space.
