“Cold Welcome”

This is a one of one painting.

    “Cold Welcome” portrays a young Black girl stuck at a transitional setting. One bag in hand and another on the floor symbolize the bittersweet relief of shedding burdens while stepping into a world both captivating and unwelcoming.
